A creamy cheddar cheese sauce with hearty potato shreds. (Yield: 40 - 4oz servings per carton). Foodservice potato casseroles are better than ever, now with 50% less sodium, gluten free, no artificial colors or flavors and no BHA/BHT. 2 cartons will fill a standard roaster.
- Combine 4 liters boiling water (212°F) and a stick of butter in a 2 1/2" deep full-size steamtable pan.
- Stir in sauce mix until dissolved.
- Add potato shreds. Stir.
- Bake in a convection oven at 350°F for 20 minutes. For conventional oven, bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Roasters are also a great option for parties and events.
